It’s National Sandwich Day, which ranks just above Thanksgiving and just below the Fourth of July in regard to national importance. There’s a place by me that does a sandwich of roast beef, baby spinach, portobello mushroom, and brie. That’s one of the best. And of course, we can’t forget breakfast sandwiches. I’m partial to a fried egg, pepper jack cheese, and bacon on a Thomas’ English muffin. Also, if you are by the Rutgers New Brunswick campus, stop by the grease trucks and pick up a Fat Sandwich. Maxim Magazine ranked the Fat Darrell the best sandwich in the country, but I recommend the Fat Elvis. I take sandwiches very seriously. What are your favorite sandwiches?
